通配符的匹配很全面, 但无法找到元素 ‘mvc:annotation-driven‘ 的声明

写SSM项目的时候，遇到的坑。网上找了很多，最后才找到一个很有效的办法。分享给大家。

主要问题就是在配置spring-mvc.xml的时候有用到如下代码

但是运行时报错找不到 ‘mvc:annotation-driven’
原因是：虽然在xml文件上方声明了mvc，但没有配置此声明对应的文件信息。
解决办法如下
