1 download centos 8 from domestic mirror source :

2 download software rufus :
to make a boot USB disk

3 download easyUEFI:
to remove ubuntu boot item
so easy so elegant!
4 clear out ubuntu
remove the disk in disk manager
remove ubuntu boot item in easyUEFI
5 install:
start up PC
tick F1 for go to BIOS
startup----boot----USB HDD (make it on top) --F10(save n esc)
select to e for enter centos boot configure
add following to the tail of the second line
ivrs_ioapic[32]=00:14.0 spec_store_bypass_disable=prctl iommu=soft
ctrl+x go!

6 after your installation:
assume you are in centos 8 :
in terminal
cd /etc/default/
sudo vim grub
add THE UP 3 parameters to the tail of GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX (within ") ,or you have to add the 3 parameters during every starting up
after save and esc
in termianl ,you should update grub with following command,or you donot change anything!
sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
