HTTP Status 500 - Failed to evaluate expression 'ROLE_USER'

## 错误的原因是：如果你开启了springEl表达式：use-expressions=“true”
则要把过滤规则改成
<security:intercept-url pattern="/" access=“hasRole(‘ROLE_USER’)”/>
如果你的配置如下一样为false

<security:http auto-config=“true” use-expressions=“false”>

则把过滤规则改成：

<security:intercept-url pattern="/**" access="ROLE_USER" />
