1. 打包的jar和依赖路径问题

可执行jar与依赖分开，依赖在lib目录里

     <plugin>
          <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
          <artifactId>maven-jar-plugin</artifactId>
          <version>2.6</version>
          <configuration>
              <archive>
                  <manifest>
                      <addClasspath>true</addClasspath>
                      <classpathPrefix>lib/</classpathPrefix>
                     <mainClass>com.xxx.xxxService</mainClass>
                 </manifest>
             </archive>
         </configuration>
     </plugin>
     <plugin>
         <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
         <artifactId>maven-dependency-plugin</artifactId>
         <version>2.10</version>
         <executions>
             <execution>
                 <id>copy-dependencies</id>
                 <phase>package</phase>
                 <goals>
                     <goal>copy-dependencies</goal>
                 </goals>
                 <configuration>
                     <outputDirectory>${project.build.directory}/lib</outputDirectory>
                 </configuration>
             </execution>
         </executions>
     </plugin>

把所有依赖打进同一个jar包里

     <plugin>
          <artifactId>maven-assembly-plugin</artifactId>
          <configuration>
              <descriptorRefs>
                  <descriptorRef>jar-with-dependencies</descriptorRef>
              </descriptorRefs>
              <archive>
                  <manifest>
                      <mainClass>com.xxx.xxxService</mainClass>
                 </manifest>
             </archive>
         </configuration>
         <executions>
             <execution>
                 <id>make-assembly</id>
                 <phase>package</phase>
                 <goals>
                     <goal>single</goal>
                 </goals>
             </execution>
         </executions>
     </plugin>

也是所有依赖打到一个jar包，其中transform部分自定义

          <artifactId>maven-shade-plugin</artifactId>
          <version>2.4.3</version>

              <execution>
                  <phase>package</phase>
                  <goals>
                      <goal>shade</goal>
                 </goals>

                             <artifact>*:*</artifact>
                             <excludes>
                                 <exclude>META-INF/*.SF</exclude>
                                 <exclude>META-INF/*.DSA</exclude>
                                 <exclude>META-INF/*.RSA</exclude>
                             </excludes>
                         </filter>
                     </filters>
                     <transformers>
                         <transformer
                                 implementation="org.apache.maven.plugins.shade.resource.AppendingTransformer">
                             <resource>META-INF/spring.handlers</resource>
                         </transformer>
