rsyslogd: error writing pid file (creation stage): Permission denied

自己搭建harbor时出现在网上查看到报错信息，在网上找没有rsyslogd: error writing pid file (creation stage): Permission denied的报错解决办法，其实很简单就是数据目录的权限问题

可以查看到harbor-log一直重启

 查看日志

root@hostname-143 harbor]# docker logs harbor-log
