node安装hotnode和nodemon和启动

hotnode和nodemon是种不同的启动插件，两种有不同的启动方式。
直接在项目以依赖的形式安装就可以了

安装

hotnode

npm i hotnode -g

nodemon

npm i nodemon -g

启动

hotnode

hotnode index.js

nodemon

nodemon index.js

两者都是在package.json中配置并指向启动的js
