MySQL登录报错：Can't connect to.sock文件

昨天刚刚装好的mysql，今早登录出现报错了。。。。。

  [root@localhost ~]# mysql -uroot -p123
  mysql: [Warning] Using a password on the command line interface can be insecure.
  ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)
  [root@localhost ~]# 

最后在各方面查找资料，发现是mysql未启动

[root@localhost ~]# service mysqld start
Starting mysqld:                                           [  OK  ]
[root@localhost ~]# mysql -uroot -p
Enter password:
