CS文档中没有using和namespace

在刘铁猛视频中，大佬使用的是VS studio2013版本，在示例程序中，有using System; namespace，在自己的VS studio 2022中新建控制台工程就没有这些，只有一行hello world，为啥？

后来倒腾了半天，偶然一次问GPT .NET Frame和.NET啥区别，给了灵感

然后建了一个.NET Frame工程，恍然大悟

一模一样了 -_-!
原来是因为建的控制台工程不是.NET Frame的，是.NET的，所以才有这回事，这问题折磨了我好几天，难受坏我了
