这是什么原因啊

可以创建JDK11和8的17的项目都创不了

怎么都无法启动 OA，一开始怀疑是 JDK 的问题，当前是 8u151，换了一个 8u144 的测试，结果发现没问题。经过了解，【.properties】文件不允许【\】的特殊符号，会自动转义。可以改成【\】或者【/】，修改后可以启动 E9 项目，且手动启动 Resin 服务也未发现有其他影响。这个 jar 包看起来好像是支持某种热部署的 jar，反正本地 DEMO 貌似也用不到，先就这样改吧，下次有问题再说～暂时记录一下日志，其实解决了很多问题，这个是耗时最久的一个，因为没法定位具体文件。

网上找了很多贴子，没能很好的解决，但是基于windows的解决方案是比较多，顺着window的解决方案，可以判断，重装后出现这个问题的原因是，老的版本，没有删除干净，在安装新的版本后，VM启动参数找不到正确的版本，因此要解决这个问题的关键点在于清理干净老板遗留的文件，在重新安装新版本即可。
