SSM配置文件约束（创建模板）

new配置文件

提前写好模板，new的时候就省事儿了

创建模板：File -》 settings -》 Editor -》 File and Code Templates

点加号，输入Name，输入Extension（由于是xml配置文件，就输xml）
然后就往里面复制粘贴找好的约束，点应用，点OK

Mapper约束

但可能报错
cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: 通配符的匹配很全面, 但无法找到元素 'mvc:annotation-driven' 的声明
	上面爆500就用这个，原因是由于 spring-mvc-4.0.xsd 这个scheme文件找不到造成的
