上述两个问题的解决办法

第一个：Exception in thread “main” java.util.MissingResourceException: Can’t find bundle for base name jdbc, locale zh_CN

第一个问题是因为它找不到配置文件，我们只需把配置文件放到src根目录下即可。

第二个：The server time zone value ‘�й���׼ʱ��’ is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the ‘serverTimezone’ configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

第二个是时区的问题，在配置文件的url后面加上 ?serverTimezone=Asia/Shanghai即可。
