maven 3.6.3 版本修改好的整个配置文件

我把我的setting.xml文件分享出来，实测可以使用。

需要自己修改的地方：
本地仓库自己修改一下，用我的肯定用不了。
JDK版本也根据自己的需求修一下。
剩下的就不用改了。
