Python：pip install PyQT5下载安装

PyQt5不再提供Qt Designer等工具，所以需要安装pyqt5-tools

安装命令

pip install pyqt5-tools

安装成功

(test) D:\Desktop\文件夹\Oriental_Fortune_Hot_Post\newwork\data\000725-002045>pip install pyqt5-tools
