严谨: 写完邮件后,检查邮件主体有无拼写和语法错误, 结束语是否妥当, 发送人和抄送人是否正确无误 , 附件是否附上(⭐)

收件人:【检查好】
抄送:【检查好】
主题:【有要求按要求、没有要求简洁书面语直接写目的】
正文:
①称谓
②问候
③正文内容【写目的/写事件(记得书面语、简洁礼貌是重点)】
④感谢+期待
⑤祝福语
⑥日期+署名
附件:【注意格式/文件多记得打成压缩包/注意文件名 (很多邮箱不能收太大的文件)】
