【Lintcode】1319. Contains Duplicate II

给定一个数组$A$，再给定一个整数$k$，问是否有两个不同位置的相同数的下标之差的绝对值小于等于$k$。

用哈希表存每个数出现的最后一次位置，当遍历到$A[i]$的时候先看一下之前是否出现过，出现过则看一下下标差是否小于等于了$k$。代码如下：

时空复杂度$O(n)$。
