一、一般步骤

请在windows powershell命令行下运行下面所有代码

1. 设置环境

    set-executionpolicy remotesigned -scope currentuser
   

2. 安装

    iwr -useb get.scoop.sh | iex
   

3. 很大几率会出现的报错

   PS C:\Windows\system32> iwr -useb get.scoop.sh | iex
   Initializing...
   Running the installer as administrator is disabled by default, see https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Install#for-admin for details.
   Abort.
   

4. 解决方案

   iex "& {$(irm get.scoop.sh)} -RunAsAdmin"
   

   这样，应该能正常安装了
