.Net在重新生成过程中报Files的值无效问题

在.net重新生成或运行时报Files的值"Type：This fle is encrypted with McAfee Endpoint Encryption for Files and Folders - If you see this message you must not edit or save this fle, doing so will irretrievably corrupt the file"无效。不支持合定路径的格式。

1. 运行时报错 ：C:Program Files(x86) MKi crosoft Vi sual Studio\2019\Enterprise\MSBuild\Current\Bin\Microsoft.Common.targets(4842, 5):error MSB3541: Files的值"Type：This fle is encrypted with McAfee Endpoint Encryption for Files and Folders - If you see this message you must not edit or save this fle, doing so will irretrievably corrupt the file"无效。不支持合定路径的格式。
2. 重新生成时报错 ：C:Program Files(x86) MKi crosoft Vi sual Studio\2019\Enterprise\MSBuild\Current\Bin\Microsoft.Common.targets(5059, 5):error MSB3541: Files的值"Type：This fle is encrypted with McAfee Endpoint Encryption for Files and Folders - If you see this message you must not edit or save this fle, doing so will irretrievably corrupt the file"无效。不支持合定路径的格式。

以上报错都为同一种错误，.net中的配置文件乱码导致的，如下：

该文件在 项目文件夹/obj/Debug/项目名.csproj.FileListAbsolute.txt 或 项目文件夹/obj/Debug/.net版本/项目名.csproj.FileListAbsolute.txt，删除该文件可解决；
