Cannot access nexus-aliyun in offline mode，这句话的意思是：不能在离线模式下访问nexus-aliyun。

这是因为把 toggle offline mode（切换离线模式） 给打开了。如下图所示：

当这个按钮被打开时，Maven就会到本地仓库中去加载依赖，不会联网下载。当本地仓库中没有我们想要的依赖时，就会报错。如下图所示：

 此时关闭这个按钮，就没有问题了，如下图所示：

 依赖成功得到加载

当看到这个报错信息后，首先想到的就是maven环境变量是否配置正确，然而经过一番查看后，发现maven配置是没有问题的，然后又想到是不是idea中maven没有配置正确，因为idea没有配置正确，是极有可能出现上述报错的，然而我的idea配置如下，也是没有问题的；这个选项是脱机工作，意思就是不读取远程仓库，只读取本地已有的仓库，之所以报错原因就是我本地仓库是空的，然而我还选择了脱机工作🤣，真是愚蠢的一次报错。后来经过一系列的查看各种配置发现，是idea中一项设置所导致的；

报错清晰说明了，是因为依赖都无法下载。而导致依赖无法下载的原因，是因为项目被设置为offline mode。因为项目是拷贝过来的，所以，不知道之前是怎么回事，真是很坑。File->Settings->Build,Execution,Deployment->Build Tools->Maven->取消Work offline。就是设置maven配置取消offline mode。

网上搜索以后，发现都是讲Intellij IDEA下，如何解决这个问题的：解决在IDEA14 的Maven下 出现 Cannot access in offline mode 问题。就算在settings.xml进行了全局配置，-o选项仍然会覆盖这个配置，使得此次编译开启了offline mode。直到后来，学习到了offline mode有关知识，才知道编译命令中的-o是开启offline mode。最终，了解到可以修改settings.xml文件，添加以下内容以关闭offline mode。
