argv【1】就是传入的第一个需要复制的C文件 目标文件
argv【2】需要复制到的C文件 也就是要复制到哪里

编译 gcc xx.c(自己的.c文件) -o cp
运行 ./cp x.c(要复制的.c文件) y.c(复制到的.c文件)
