SSM整合中的xml配置文件配置好了以后，离线在线不同状态下报错的解决办法

 报错位置：

报错类型：

Multiple annotations found at this line:
    - schema_reference.4: Failed to read schema document 'http://www.springframework.org/schema/context/spring-context-3.1.xsd', because 1) 
     could not find the document; 2) the document could not be read; 3) the root element of the document is not <xsd:schema>.
    - cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: The matching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element 'context:component-scan'.

解决办法：修改以下标签：

总结：报这种类型错误，在断网和联网两种不同情况下，xml文件会报错，只需要将所有以.xsd文件中的版本信息去除。

还有一种在断网情况下，如果项目一直在断网情况下，可以将.xsd的版本修改与你导的jar包文件版本一致也可。

注：本人尚在学习java，这个问题是在本人做项目是遇到的问题，以及我寻找到的解决办法，不一定适用于所有出现此类问题，可以借鉴，不妥还请见谅，并欢迎指正。
