由于npm版本太高导致出现失败。npm的版本只要大于7，对于很多东西就会更严格。但是不推荐降低npm的版本。解决办法。很有可能会出现其他问题。在要执行的命令后面加上--legacy-peer-deps因为兼容性的问题，这样问题就解决了。错误起因是在使用npm命令下载element-ui的时候，遇到了下载失败的问题。这样就下载成功了，黄色的warn是版本警告而已，不用管它。在要执行的命令后面加上。查看npm版本的命令。
