  In essence, the provision of a coffee machine could uplift our work enthusiasm and elevate overall work efficiency. I am in full support of enhancing our equipment with a coffee machine. However, I believe we must address potential issues. Firstly, regular cleaning is paramount. Arranging cleaning schedules for personnel to regularly maintain and wipe down the coffee machine is essential. Secondly, managing usage times effectively, preferably during concentrated work rest periods, would optimize its utility. Additionally, to prevent misuse, setting usage limitations and implementing suitable penalties for malicious usage would be advisable. Lastly, opting for a cost-effective coffee machine would ensure that our investment is worthwhile.
