SpringMVC中拦截所有请求后，＜mvc:resources/＞不起作用

报错显示

出现这种问题的前提是，用DispatcherServlet将所有的请求拦截，然后导致静态资源无法访问。

拦截代码如下，配置卸载web.xml文件中。

注意！！！

每次修改配置文件后，需要将项目产生的target文件夹删除，然后重新运行。

这种情况下webapp下的静态资源就不能访问，需要手动放开，配置代码如下。

或者，全部放开。需要注意的是，假如你的静态资源文件处在WEB-INF文件夹下，就不能用这个方法，这个文件夹相当于一个安全级别高的位置，需要用第一种方法单个放开。

假如放开之后还是访问失败：

应该是pom.xml文件中缺少该配置项，分别对应你的java代码根目录以及你的resources目录。
