解决IDEA 运行java程序不报错，debug模式报错问题。

idea有时运行java程序不报错，debug模式报错，不能使用

可见有乱码汉字。是中文路径的问题。

我试着包idea装在d盘下，最后也没解决问题。但这个包，不知道怎么生成的。运行的时候是没有这个文件的，所以估计是debug生成的。问了很多人，百度了很多也没解决，最后发现只要把这个框别勾选就行了。
