找了好多解决办法，只有一个行得通，只需要在web.xml中添加如下代码：

 <param-name>contextConfigLocation</param-name>
 <param-value>/WEB-INF/applicationContext-*.xml,classpath*:applicationContext-*.xml</param-value>
</context-param>
