Job hopping

A friend, who works for hzhw gave me a call tonight about job hopping. He said his company is recruiting new workers in such fields as development, testing and project deploying. But the main technique field covers electric communication that i am not good at at all. In addition im learning some knowledges about j2ee. And i dont wanna change technique field especially in such a short time since i started my career as a java programmer. I dont treat it as a good thing to enter a unfamiliar field when you have not mastered the core thinking of the present one. It would be another case when you would like to transfer another field from a mastered one. All in all one should be well up in one field firstly. That is very important even if you have a lower salary compared to doing in the unfamiliar field at the moment. It would, however, profit you in the long way.

End of year is coming. Many workers are preparing to fire their bosses imo. Maybe i would be one of those guys in the next year. The most important thing, however, is that one should improve himself to a higher level by continuous learning before he would have fired his boss and run to his new boss. Think second before you act. Im preparing to get that level while the plain day is going on.
