1)the addition of scripting support(Java对脚本语言的支持)

2)the days of heavyweight frameworks are gone(轻量级框架的流行)

3)aspect-oriented programming (AOP)(AOP的发明使用)

4)templating solutions don't make you choose between ultralight text generation and powerful mid-tier solutions(模版框架提供的在文本生成和多层架构之间自由选择的能力)

5)Java's traditional strength in the tools arena just keeps increasing(开发工具的优势越来越明显)

这五条发展方向最终将导致：

If Java is "dead," it's only because it was laid to rest so that a better, lighter, more agile, form of Java could replace it, so Long Live Java!(如果JAVA真的“消亡”,仅仅是应为JAVA让位于更好，更轻量级，更敏捷的Java,所以Java将“万寿无疆”)
