Cannot find or open the PDB file

在vs2010下写程序调一个API，结果返回的句柄始终为NULL，GetLastError() = 126。

说明LoadLibrary不成功，全部重新配置之后，Debug结果如下：

非常费解，在CSDN论坛上查到解决办法：

原因是程序输出的地方是系统而不是vs2010

Ctrl + F5运行就可以了
或者在cmd命令行下执行程序。
