非常简单的拖拽功能实现

 之前看过extjs库的十分漂亮的富界面，在惊叹之余在思考其功能如何实现，然水平低下，竟读不懂，故独自找来资料，按照DHTML资料库，写了一个十分简单的拖拽功能，请各位大侠勿嘲笑，期盼得到大家的指点，小弟感激涕零。
