Jupiter notebook & argparse

the reason why we get the error is because this code is using argparse and this module is used to write user-friendly command-line interfaces, so it seems, it has a conflict with Jupyter Notebook.

也就是jupyter notebook 不能和 argparse连用，只能转成python 在console 上直接跑程序

否则会出现错误
