Windows 10使用智能卡SmartCard返回scard_e_no_service错误

问题

Windows 10使用智能卡SmartCard返回scard_e_no_service错误，也就是找不到智能卡。

解决

这里读卡器驱动都已经正常安装，在资源管理器（Device Manager）中能正常显示，但是应用使用智能卡SmartCard返回scard_e_no_service的异常。

通过以下办法解决了问题：

• 通过"gpedit.msc"
• 打开“Local Group Policy Editor”
• 打开"Computer
• Configuration"
• 打开"Administrative Templates"
• 打开"Windows Components"
• 打开“Smart Card”
• 打开“Turn on Smart Card Plug and Play Service”, 并选择’Disable’
• 重启电脑

问题解决，智能卡应用可以正常使用智能卡服务。
