"msiexec.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close" "msiexec.exe 遇到问题需要关闭"

 yesterday i want to install the Delphi 7.0 to do the developement of an application software, but after i double click the 'Setup.exe' of Delphi 7.0, there is an error: 'msiexec.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close', it's so weird because i have ever successfully installed this software on my laptop before.
Also, my Kaspersky 7.0 trial version has been expired, if i click the uninstall button, this error also happened, After searched Google and Baidu, the internet advised me to re-install the windows installer, because most of them think that it is the windows componet's disfunction. i tried methods the internet teach me as follow:

1, download the windows installer 3.0 and installed, but it still can not work!

2, Restart in safe mode your PC go to c:/windows/system32 and rename msi.dll,msiexec.exe and msihnd.dll you can change the ext .dll to .old, Then restart windows to normal mode and reinstal windows installer, that will fix the problem

this two methods don't work!

So i continued to search the internet again and again, but still can not locate the reason which cause this error, it really made me frustrated.

Finally i realized that it is the Kaspersky 7.0 trial version cause this error, when this trial version come to its expire day, it makes the anti-virus trial version can not be uninstalled, also makes other software with MSI package can not be installed and uninstalled, so malicious of the Kaspersky software!  So i downloaded a mandatory unstall tool to uninstall the Kaspersky 7.0 trial version,  after this work, this problem has been cracked, then i can install and uninstall other software.  it proved one truth again 'there is no free lunch, no pain, no gain!! :)'.

Also download a free anti-virus software called 'Avira',  this software has a alias as 'Germany red umbrella', because it's a germany software and the logo is a red umbrella,  it has a good reputation so i decided to try this free anti-virus software, if you want to download this free anti-virus software please go to:
