1. dos2unix：

如果直接从windows 拷贝文件到Linux,最好运行dos2unix， 否则会导致很多莫名的错误

dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda3

3.Start VNC server in a share mode:
vncserver -alwaysshared :1
