LOG管理模块

1. 设计一个log管理模块,主要支持

a. 全局log等级自定义

b. 支持模块独立log等级自定义

2. 设计思路

通过链表结构,来维护不同模块的  tag名称和log等级

3. 设计代码

主要 arch_log.h, arch_log.c,list.h,有依赖编译不过,参考设计思路
