把weblogic域注册为windows服务项

1，修改 installSvc.cmd文件，添加蓝色部分

3，打开命令窗口cmd，cd到 E:\oracle\Middleware\wlserver_10.3\server\bin目录，直接运行 installSvc.cmd

4，系统会生成一个名为 beasvc base_domain_AdminServer 的系统服务项目，运行services.msc，并且把该服务项设置为自动启动就可以了

5，如果要卸载这个服务，同样cd到该目录，运行 uninstallSvc.cmd
