Oracle 11g Rac 执行root.sh报错 Failed to create keys in the OLR, rc = 127 libcap.so.1

环境
CentOS 6.10
Oracle Rac 11.2.0.4

[root@rac1 tmp]# /u01/app/oraInventory/orainstRoot.sh
Changing permissions of /u01/app/oraInventory.
Adding read,write permissions for group.
Removing read,write,execute permissions for world.

Changing groupname of /u01/app/oraInventory to oinstall.
The execution of the script is complete.
[root@rac1 tmp]# /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/root.sh

    ORACLE_OWNER= grid
    ORACLE_HOME=  /u01/app/11.2.0/grid

Enter the full pathname of the local bin directory: [/usr/local/bin]:
   Copying dbhome to /usr/local/bin ...
   Copying oraenv to /usr/local/bin ...
   Copying coraenv to /usr/local/bin ...


Creating /etc/oratab file...
Entries will be added to the /etc/oratab file as needed by
Database Configuration Assistant when a database is created
Finished running generic part of root script.
Now product-specific root actions will be performed.

根据报错信息可知，找不到 libcap.so.1 这个包

解决方法：

[root@rac1 tmp]# cd /lib64/
[root@rac1 lib64]# ls -lrt libcap
ls: 无法访问libcap: 没有那个文件或目录
[root@rac1 lib64]#  ls -lrt libcap.so.2
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 14 5月  24 14:20 libcap.so.2 -> libcap.so.2.16
[root@rac1 lib64]# ln -s libcap.so.2.16 libcap.so.1
# 创建连接

重新执行 root.sh

[root@rac1 ~]# /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/root.sh
