win10免安装python

1.下载python压缩包解压 传送门

Download Windows x86-64 embeddable zip file

2.下载get-pip 粘贴到 D:\python 

https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py

python get-pip.py

3.设置环境变量

PYTHON_HOME=D:\python
python 增加 %PYTHON_HOME%;%PYTHON_HOME%\Scripts;%PYTHON_HOME%\Lib

修改python38._pth  把import site 前面的#去掉

设置阿里源 pip config set global.index-url https://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/

4.安装vscode 安装python插件

5.vscode debug设置
