ORA-12754: Feature PDB SNAPSHOT CAROUSEL is disabled due to missing capability

今天在18c做测试的时候，对PDB创建快照，发生如下的报错信息:

[oracle@oracle18c ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL*Plus: Release 18.0.0.0.0 - Production on Fri Sep 28 22:25:22 2018

SQL> alter pluggable database pdb1 snapshot pdb1_test1;
alter pluggable database pdb1 snapshot pdb1_test1

ORA-12754: Feature PDB SNAPSHOT CAROUSEL is disabled due to missing capability

解决办法：

[oracle@oracle18c ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL*Plus: Release 18.0.0.0.0 - Production on Fri Sep 28 22:34:08 2018
Version 18.3.0.0.0

Copyright (c) 1982, 2018, Oracle.  All rights reserved.

SQL> alter session set container=cdb$root;

Session altered.

SQL> alter system set "_exadata_feature_on"=true scope=spfile;

System altered.

SQL> shutdown immediate;
Database closed.
Database dismounted.
ORACLE instance shut down.
SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.

SQL> alter pluggable database pdb1 open;
