Invalid static Ethernet address:xxxxxx'. It conflicts with VMware reserved MACs for other usage

原因：因为静态mac地址的分配与vmware 预生成的相冲突

解决方案：

1、更换mac地址

2、取消vmware的mac地址检测机制 checkMACAddress = false
