问题描述

安装 numba 库时报错如下

解决方法

到 D:\Anaconda3\Library\bin 目录下找到

libcrypto-1_1-x64.*
libssl-1_1-x64.*

拷贝到 D:\Anaconda3\DLLs

如果你用的是其他版本或是安装软件带的 Python , 到对应的 Python 目录下执行这项操作
