only one element tensors can be converted to Python scalars

问题原因：

pytorch中，多维tensor组成的list直接转为tensor中会报这个错误。

例子：

list_a = [torch.tensor([1,2,3]), torch.tensor([2,3,4]), torch.tensor([3,4,5])]
tensor_b = torch.Tensor(list_a) 
# ValueError:only one element tensors can be converted to Python scalars

解决方法：

1, (推荐) list转tensor的问题看做 tensor的拼接问题，因此解决方法如下

tensor_b = torch.cat([list_a[idx].unsqueeze(0) for idx in list_a], 0)
# 将list_a中元素增加一个维度，然后作为矩阵进而行拼接。如果不增加维度只能拼接成长向量。
# 结果：
# tensor([[1., 2., 3.],
#         [2., 3., 4.],
#         [3., 4., 5.]])

2，(网上方法，需转cpu转numpy)

tensor_b = torch.tensor([item.cpu().detach().numpy() for item in list_a]).cuda()
