kotlin与dagger2问题：Unresolved reference: DaggerMainComponent

kotlin项目集成dagger2时遇到：

E:\Users\lenovo\MyDagger2\app\src\main\java\com\xq\mydagger2\MainActivity.kt
Error:(22, 9) Unresolved reference: DaggerMainComponent
Error:Execution failed for task ':app:compileDebugKotlin'.
> Compilation error. See log for more details

查看gradle console：

Parallel execution with configuration on demand is an incubating feature.
app: 'androidProcessor' dependencies won't be recognized as kapt annotation processors. 
Please change the configuration name to 'kapt' for these artifacts:
 'com.google.dagger:dagger-compiler:2.10' 
and apply the kapt plugin: "apply plugin: 'kotlin-kapt'".
