SBT导入依赖时出现javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

该问题在学习rasterfoundry项目时，无法访问

"https://repo.locationtech.org/content/groups/releases",

导致无法下载geotrellis依赖包。

 

据说这是JDK的bug。原因是它无法解密256位加密。官网也出了修复包
