【VS2017】升级VS2017后，编译运行程序会出现 /Community/Common7/IDE/PrivateAssemblies/plugin.vs.js 错误

【问题】 

【分析】

首先我的IE比较旧，是IE9.0.8112，这个主要是为了在开发时测试页面、JS脚本跟旧版本IE的兼容及显示问题的 。

【结论】

第1种、手动到 \Common7\IDE\PrivateAssemblies\plugin.vs.js 把文件名随便改一下，就可以了。弹出别的脚本错误，也是一样处理。

第2种、I solved this problem by unchecking the option:"Tools>Options>Debugging>General>Enable Diagnostic Tools while debugging ", but I'm not sure if this will affect my use of visual studio,so i hope this issue will be completely fixed in future versions.
