如何从 Internet 获得 Request for Comments 文档

                     

         可以使用电子邮件或文件传输协议 (FTP) 从多个 RFC 储存库获得 RFC。主储存库应该具有最新发布的 RFC。辅助储存库可能具有最新发布的 RFC，也可能需要几天时间来获得最新的 RFC。 

         现在这些储存库中的大多数都已具有万维网服务器。下面的网站包含有关 RFC 的更多信息：

可以通过 FTP 从下列任一网站获得 RFC：

 要使用 FTP 从 ftp.rfc-editor.org 获得 RFC，请采用下列步骤： 

1 使用用户名“anonymous”和密码“name@host.domain”登录。

2 键入 cd in-notes/，然后按 Enter 键。存储在此文件夹中的文件使用以下命名约定 rfcnnnn.txt

3 其中，nnnn 是 RFC 编号。

注意：对于不提供  FTP  功能的站点，您可以将电子邮件查询发送到  nis.nsf.net 。将请求发送到 “nis-info@nis.nsf.net” （不带引号），但在该邮件的主题字段不要填任何内容。邮件中的第一行文本必须是 “send rfcnnnn.txt” （不带引号）。
