DebuggerException: Can‘t attach to the process: Operation not permitted

在 Ubuntu 系统上在执行 jmap 和 jinfo 时出现如下错误：

解决办法

1、临时解决方法

  echo 0 | sudo tee /proc/sys/kernel/yama/ptrace_scope

备注：
此种方法在系统重启后将会失效

2、永久解决方法

通过管理员账号修改文件/etc/sysctl.d/10-ptrace.conf，把此文件中的

kernel.yama.ptrace_scope = 1

修改为

kernel.yama.ptrace_scope = 0

在生产环境操作时，可以先通过 方法1 临时解决，同时也通过方法2把配置文件修改了，防止系统重启失效。
