python boost environment setup

1. install python, version is newer than 2.5 would be better.
2. get boost_1.53.0 package and "C:\Program Files\boost\boost_1_53_0" will be the building root
3. run bootstrap.bat on console, then b2.exe and bjam.exe are generated.
4. browse to building root.
5. run "bjam --toolset=msvc-11.0 --build-type=complete stage" on Win7 & VS2012 console
   or run "bjam --toolset=msvc-8.0 --build-type=complete stage" on Winxp & VS2005 console
   (I strongly recommend that compile BOOST on winxp & VS2005 platform for more compatible, because Win7 build Boost only can be used on Win7)
6. add "C:\python\include" and "C:\Program Files\boost\boost_1_53_0" to project INCLUDE path
7. add "C:\Python27\libs" and "C:\Program Files\boost\boost_1_53_0\stage\lib" to project LIB path
