如何处理definer('root'@'%') does not exist？

1. 打开ＤＯＳ，将目录切换至mysql的bin目录下：

   切换命令示例：cd E:/phpStudy/MySQL/bin

   
2. 登录；命令如下：

   E:\phpStudy\MySQL\bin>mysql -u root -p

   按回车，然后输入密码，再按回车，登陆成功！

   
3. 添加host访问权限；命令如下：

   grant all privileges on     *.* to     chinawinxp@"%" identified by "Passwd";

   
4. 最后更新权限；命令如下：

   flush privileges;

   
5. 5

   再次运行，发现【1449 The user specified as a definer ('chinawinxp'@'%') does not exist】的问题解决了！！
