"your computer needs to restart" when install Windows 8 on Virtualbox

When i install the Windows 8 Preview on Virtualbox, it always stopped at black screen with "your computer needs to restart, params.....".
After some research on internet, i found the solution.


Due to i'm using intel processer, and it supports virtualization, and it defaults as "disabled" in BIOS.
So i just change it to "enable", then reinstall the Windows 8 Preview on Virtualbox, it works fine.
