报错如下：

RuntimeError: invalid argument 0: Sizes of tensors must match except in dimension 0. Got 3 and 4 in dimension 1 at /pytorch/aten/src/TH/generic/THTensorMath.cpp:3616

 

因为读取图像的时候三通道图像中混入了灰度或者四通道图像

读图的时候转为rgb图像

from PIL import Image

image = Image.open(filename).conver('RGB')

或者输入图像大小不一

resize一下

 

使用PIL模块查看图片通道数

img=Image.open('xxx.jpg')

r,g,b=img.split()

print(len(img.split()))

 

分离和合并通道

r, g, b = im.split()
im = Image.merge("RGB", (b, g, r))

在做目标检测服务过程中，将yolov7模型通过flask打包成预测服务API，此次训练的图像输入大小是1280，输入预测图片是如果图像大于1280则预测成功，小于1280则报RuntimeError: Sizes of tensors must match except in dimension 1. Expected size 27 but got size。由于只有小图片预测报错，猜测是图像处理过程中resize问题，提示下面代码行错误。

具体来说，就是将原来一个低分辨的像素划分为rr个更小的格子，利用rr个特征图对应位置的值按照一定的规则来填充这些小格子。C=torch.cat((A,B),0)就表示按维数0（行）拼接A和B，也就是竖着拼接，A上B下。C=torch.cat((A,B),1)就表示按维数1（列）拼接A和B，也就是横着拼接，A左B右。.cat是将两个张量（tensor）拼接在一起，cat是concatnate的意思，即拼接，联系在一起。是其属性，而size()是其继承的方法，两者均可以获得tensor的维度。
